User Agreement

1. Scope and acceptance
This User Agreement governs your use of the AFK Boosting website, including your account, the service catalog, shopping cart and private messages. “We” refers to the website operator identified in the Public Offer; “you” refers to the person using the website. You accept this Agreement by actively selecting the acceptance checkbox when registering. Browsing or adding a service to your cart does not place an order.
2. Eligibility and account information
You must have the legal capacity required to enter this Agreement. If you have not reached the age required in your country, use the service only with any consent or assistance required by applicable law. Provide accurate registration details and use an email address you control. Do not impersonate another person or create accounts to bypass restrictions.
3. Account security
Keep your sign-in details confidential and notify the seller through Messages if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not send passwords, payment card details or authentication codes through chat. We will not ask for these in order to provide website support.
4. Catalog, cart and purchases
Descriptions, prices and estimated delivery times are shown on service listings. Your cart is a selection of services, not a reservation or a confirmed purchase; availability and prices may change before an order is accepted. The website displays payment instructions with an automatically calculated amount for the selected payment method and supports manual verification of external transfers. Clicking Pay opens those instructions and does not transfer funds automatically. Purchases are subject to the Public Offer and the specific terms agreed for the order. One review is available per order after the seller confirms payment. The purchased items are listed with the review.
5. Acceptable use and game rules
Use the website lawfully and respect the terms of the relevant game publisher or platform. Do not request services that require unauthorized access, stolen accounts, cheating software, fraud or other prohibited activity. Do not harass others, send spam, upload malicious files, attempt to access another customer's information or interfere with website security. We may refuse requests that cannot be fulfilled lawfully or consistently with these rules.
6. Messages and submitted content
Your seller conversation is available to you and authorized website staff. Submit only content you are entitled to share. You retain your rights to your content and allow us to store and display it as necessary to operate the conversation, respond to requests and resolve disputes. This permission does not allow unrelated advertising use of your messages.
7. Privacy and cookies
We process account details and messages to operate the website and provide assistance. Authentication and security cookies support sign-in and form protection. A cart cookie remembers selected services in your browser for up to 30 days. The date and version of your acceptance of this Agreement are recorded. See Privacy information for the current description of data handling.
8. Availability and third-party platforms
Maintenance, outages and third-party platform changes may temporarily affect availability. We will use reasonable care in operating the website but do not promise uninterrupted access. Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, AFK Boosting is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners.
9. Restrictions and account closure
We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect users or comply with law. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and allow you to respond. You may request account closure through the seller chat or afkboosttt@gmail.com. Closure does not remove outstanding obligations or affect refunds and other rights under applicable law. Records may be retained where required for legal obligations or disputes.
10. Responsibility and consumer rights
Each party is responsible for its own breaches of this Agreement as provided by applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to fraud or intentional misconduct. Publisher rules and enforcement decisions remain outside our control, but this does not excuse our own failure to meet an agreed obligation.
11. Changes to this Agreement
We may publish a revised version with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated appropriately and fresh consent obtained where required. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order without your agreement or a legal requirement.
12. Questions, complaints and applicable law
Contact the seller through Messages or afkboosttt@gmail.com and describe the issue and the resolution you seek. We will seek to resolve complaints fairly. Applicable law and competent courts are determined by the rules that legally apply to the parties. This Agreement does not restrict mandatory protections or your right to use a competent court or available consumer dispute-resolution process.
