These terms describe the proposed conditions under which the identified seller supplies gaming-related services. The exact service, eligible game and platform, requirements, price and delivery arrangements must be specified for each order.
2. Service information
Each listing describes the service offered and an estimated delivery time. Before accepting an order, the seller must confirm its scope, any prerequisites and restrictions, the completion criteria and any customer cooperation needed. No result, rank or completion deadline is guaranteed beyond what is expressly agreed. Requests involving unauthorized account access, cheating or violations that the seller cannot lawfully fulfill may be refused.
3. How an order is agreed
Clicking Buy adds a service to your cart only. Registration, browsing, chat inquiries, cart additions and opening payment instructions do not create a payment obligation. After you select a payment method and click Pay, the website shows the calculated amount, currency and payment details for your selected method. Review these details and these terms before sending payment. Sending the quoted payment signifies acceptance of the quoted order; payment receipt remains subject to verification by the seller. Before a purchase can be concluded, you must receive the seller's completed details, the full order terms and total price, then expressly agree to purchase. The seller must confirm acceptance and provide a copy of the agreed terms in a form you can retain. If online checkout is introduced, its final step must clearly identify any obligation to pay.
4. Prices and payment
Catalog and cart amounts are displayed in US dollars (USD). Before an order is accepted, the seller must disclose the final amount, applicable taxes and any additional fees, as well as supported payment methods and timing. For cryptocurrency payments, the order page identifies the exact amount, asset, network and deposit address. The website calculates the cryptocurrency amount using an exchange rate when payment details are opened and fixes that amount for the order. For other enabled methods, the amount is calculated from the USD total using the conversion rate configured by the seller and shown in the payment currency before transfer. You must account for any sending-platform fees so the full quoted amount arrives. Clicking I have paid requests manual review by the seller; it is not proof that payment has been received. Optional extras require your express agreement. No undisclosed charge may be added after acceptance, and a confirmed price may be changed only by mutual agreement or as required by law.
5. Performance and delivery
Work starts at the time agreed for the order, once any agreed payment and necessary information have been received. Provide only the information reasonably needed for the service, using an agreed secure method. If an outage, missing information or other issue affects delivery, the seller must inform you and discuss an appropriate revised schedule or remedy. Additional work outside the original scope requires a separate agreement.
6. Cancellation and withdrawal
You may request cancellation through the seller chat or the published contact email, identifying the order. Mandatory withdrawal rights apply wherever required by the law governing your purchase. If the law gives you a cooling-off period, starting work early requires any separate express request or consent required by that law. Accepting the User Agreement does not waive withdrawal rights. Any lawful charge for work already performed must be explained and proportionate; loss of a withdrawal right after full performance applies only when the relevant legal conditions have been met.
7. Service issues and refunds
If the service is not supplied or differs from the agreed scope, contact the seller with the relevant details. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include completing or correcting the service, a price reduction or a refund. Refunds due must be issued within the applicable legal deadline, normally through the original payment method unless another method is lawfully agreed. These terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule.
8. Customer cooperation and publisher rules
You must be entitled to request the service and provide accurate information. Both parties must respect applicable law and relevant game and platform rules. Publisher actions or platform changes may affect performance; the parties must discuss the impact on the order and any remedy. Such events do not automatically remove the customer's statutory rights or excuse the seller's own breach.
9. Liability and circumstances outside control
The parties are responsible for their obligations under the accepted order and applicable law. If circumstances outside a party's reasonable control prevent performance, that party must give notice and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact. Any suspension, cancellation or refund is subject to the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints through Messages or afkboosttt@gmail.com with the order details, a description of the issue and your requested remedy. The seller will consider the complaint and seek an agreed resolution. You retain access to competent courts and any consumer dispute-resolution mechanisms required or available under applicable law. No exclusive jurisdiction is imposed by this draft.
11. Relationship to other terms
The User Agreement governs use of the website. These service terms and the confirmed order details govern a purchase. Mandatory legal protections prevail over conflicting terms. Later revisions do not change an existing order unless the parties agree or the law requires it.
